Our warehouses are purpose-built for the storage and handling of medical products, and operated by permanent staff who are trained to run an efficient and cost-effective operation.
Our national distribution centre, Set San, is built on 2.72 acres of land and located at a 15 minute drive from downtown Yangon. Our secondary storage facility is the 6.78 acre South Dagon warehouse, located at a 1 hour drive from downtown Yangon.

Unbroken temperature-controlled supply chain for perishable products.
Unlike other items, cold chain products are perishable, and need to be held in cold stores throughout the entire logistics cycle.
At our purpose-built cold chain facility, temperature is kept between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. This optimal range is controlled by use of a thermo-hygrograph and digital thermometer, and maintained through continuous monitoring and back-up power generation.
Our cold chain facility is in operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This ensures that all cold chain products are safely delivered to customers within the acceptable storage temperature range.

With a fleet of 150 vehicles serving 700 hospitals and over 17,600 clinics, pharmacies and drugstores, our distribution network is the widest and most established in the country.
Effective direct sales are a key component of our unprecedented coverage of over 6300 sales outlets in pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and stores. In addition, we maintain good working relationships with channel sale customers through incentive programs such as overseas trips, maximising these partnerships to make products available in every drug store.
