ပဉ္စမအကြိမ်မြောက် Pacific-AA Group ၏ ရန်ကုန်နှင့် နယ်ရုံးခွဲများရှိ ဝန်ထမ်း ၁၂၀၀ ခန့်တွင် ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးချင်းစီအား ဖျာပုံပေါ်ဆန်းမွှေး တစ်တင်းခွဲ (၂၄ပြည်) ဆန် တစ်အိတ်စီ နှင့် သဇင်မင်းမြေပဲဆီသန့် (၅) ပိဿာ တန်ဖိုးစုစုပေါင်း ကျပ် ၂,၁၂၁ သိန်းကျော်ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း အပြင် Living Allowance (ရှားပါးစရိတ်ကို ) ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးချင်းရရှိသည့် လစာ၏ ၃% မှ ၁၀% နှုန်းဖြင့် (လစဉ်) မေတ္တာဖြင့် ဝန်ထမ်း ပေါင်း ၁၀၄၂ ဦး အား ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်ခြင်း 🙏🙏🙏
🌾Pacific-AA Group ၏ ရန်ကုန်၊ မန္တလေး၊ နေပြည်တော်၊ တောင်ကြီး၊ မြစ်ကြီးနား၊ မုံရွာ၊ မကွေး၊ မော်လမြိုင်၊ ပုသိမ်၊ ပြည်၊ မြိတ်ရုံးများရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံး၏ သက်သာချောင်ချိရေး အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး Pacific-AA Group ၏ Management မှ ၂၀၂၄ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ (၂၁) ရက်နေ့တွင် ဝန်ထမ်းအသီးသီးအားဖျာပုံပေါ်ဆန်းမွှေး တစ်တင်းခွဲ (၂၄ပြည်) ဆန် တစ်အိတ်စီ နှင့် သဇင်မင်းမြေပဲဆီသန့် (၅) ပိဿာစီ အား မေတ္တာဖြင့် ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဝန်ထမ်းအားလုံးအားအတွက် Pacific-AA Group မှ မေတ္တာဖြင့် ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည့် ဆန်နှင့် ဆီ စုစုပေါင်း တန်ဖိုးမှာ ကျပ် သိန်းပေါင်း ၂,၁၂၁ သိန်းကျော်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
🌾အထက်ပါ အခြေခံ စားနပ်ရိက္ခာများ ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်းအပြင် Living Allowance (ရှားပါးစရိတ်ကို) ဩဂုတ်လ ၂၀၂၂မှစတင်၍ ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးချင်းရရှိသည့် လစာ၏ ၃% မှ ၁၀% နှုန်းဖြင့် လစဉ် တစ်လလျှင် ကျပ်သိန်း၂၆၀ ကျော်ဖြင့် တစ်နှစ်လျှင် ကျပ်သိန်းပေါင်း ၃,၁၂၀ သိန်းကျော်ကို ၎င်းတို့လစဉ်ရရှိသော လစာ၊ ကော်မရှင်၊ target incentive, ၃လပတ်ဆုကြေး၊ နှစ်ကုန်ဆုကြေးများအပြင် ထပ်ဆောင်း၍မေတ္တာဖြင့် ဝန်ထမ်း (၁၀၄၂) ဦးအား ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။

To ensure the convenience and well-being of our 1,200 employees working across various Pacific-AA Group offices in Yangon, Mandalay, Naypyidaw, Myitkyina, Monywa, Magway, Pyay, Mawlamyaing, Pathein, and Myeik, we have arranged the following provisions: Today, on 21/03/2024, for the fifth time, each employee receive a bag of Ayeyarwaddy Phyar Pone Paw San Rice, equivalent to 1.5 Tin or 24 pyi of rice. Additionally, each employee receive 5 viss of Shwe Thazin Min peanut oil. The combined value of these supplies is estimated at (212.1/- million) kyats.
Furthermore, we have consistently disbursed a total of (26 million) kyats per month and (312 million) kyats per year as a living allowance, a total of (23 million) kyats per month and (276 million) kyats per year as a hardship allowances in addition to their salaries, commissions, target incentives, quarterly KPI bonus, and annual bonuses, to all employees. The living allowances have been provided since August 2022 and the hardship allowances have been provided since August 2023 continue to be offered.
